Who we are

MomSaysOK is run by Skyfall Technology (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2024-037237-07). When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Skyfall Technology.

This policy explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the MomSaysOK early access list. Questions or requests: privacy@skyfall.enterprises.

What we collect

When you join the early access list we keep:

WhatWhy it's there
Your email addressTo send you your invite and launch news.
Your child's phone type (iPhone, Android or both), if you pick oneTo invite families on the right phone first.
How many children you have (1, 2, or 3 or more), if you pick oneTo plan which features matter most.
Which sign-up form you used and the wording you agreed toSo we have a record of what you signed up for.
The date and time you joinedTo keep the list in order.

We don't ask for your name, your children's names or ages, your phone number or your address.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks your browser is used by a person, which means Cloudflare sees technical details like your IP address and browser type. We don't store your IP address.

How we use it

We use your details only to tell you about MomSaysOK: your early access invite, launch news and, now and then, a short question about what you'd like the app to do.

We never sell your details, rent them, or share them with advertisers. We don't use them to show you ads anywhere.

Children

The early access list is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect any information from children. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove it.

Who helps us

A few companies run parts of the service for us. They may only use your details to do that job.

We may also share details if the law requires it, or with a company that takes over MomSaysOK, who must keep this policy's promises.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until 12 months after MomSaysOK launches if you haven't joined the app by then.

The list is stored in a locked database that the website itself can't read. Only our team can see it.

We're based in South Africa and our providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. Wherever it's stored, it's protected as this policy says.

Your choices

We'll never treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live, US state laws (like California's) and South Africa's POPIA give you these rights too. If you're unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to your local privacy regulator.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your details, we'll email you first.
